BOAT PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS

Buying a used boat is an extraordinary adventure, but it requires a deep knowledge of naval architecture, rigging, deck equipment, sails, plumbing systems, and a multitude of other aspects that allow you to choose the right vessel without making huge mistakes that could destroy your dream before it even begins. If you have doubts about a used sailboat you have your eye on, I’ll be happy to help you understand whether the purchase is worth the investment.

EQUIPPING YOUR BOAT

Buying a sailboat for a multi-year voyage, or even just to sail a few laps around the harbor, is only the first of many steps. The boat must be outfitted in the best way to face the specific adventures we aim for, whether big or small. I’ll be happy to provide all the guidance you need to equip your boat simply and efficiently, reducing operating costs and making it absolutely unstoppable in every corner of the globe.

A sailboat is a perfect machine that must be treated with care and respect to allow us to navigate safely. Every problem must be solved before it turns into an unmanageable situation at sea. Naturally, any breakage must be addressed immediately without delay. Personally, I consider sailboat maintenance a religion, and I’ll be happy to share with you all the secrets for performing seasonal checks, improvements, and repairs to ensure your sailboat is always in top condition.
